Jim Bechtel, owner and Principal, has over 30 years of experience advising clients on IP matters. He recently finished a career with the Federal Government where he served, as a member of the Senior Executive Service, as the IP Counsel of the Navy. Prior to that position, he spent time with government R & D Laboratories and in the private sector. He received his BS degree from the U S Air Force Academy and his JD from Widener University School of Law.
